Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company (SZL) announces a resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2021 with the following contents:

1)      Approve the 2020 audited financial statements.

2)      Approve 2020 business results and plan for 2021 (expected dividend at 25%).

3)      Approve the plan of 2020 profit allocation with 30% dividend.

4)      Approve the amendment of the Company’s Charter.

5)      Approve plan of the project at Long Phuoc 1 Industrial Park.

6)      Approve the 2020 reports of the BOD, & the Supervisory Board.

7)      Approve the BOD selecting one of the three audit firms as the list.

8)      Approve the salary, remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2021.

9)      Approve list of all members and heads chosen to the BOD and Supervisory Board.
