The first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2021 of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank was convened in Ha Noi City on April 27, 2021. However, there were 62 shareholders attending the meeting, representing 512,070,339 shares, accounting for 41.65% of the total number of voting shares and less than 65% of the total voting shares. Therefore, pursuant to the Enterprise Laws, the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2021 of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank was not eligible to conduct.
The second meeting will be convened and announced later by Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
