The Board resolution dated May 25, 2021, the BOD of Song Ba Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the Resignation Letter of Chairman of BOD – Mr. Dinh Chau Hieu Thien of the Company from June 25, 2021.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Phong as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from July 01, 2021.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Thai Hong Quan as Chairman and member of BOD of the Company from June 25, 2021.

4)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Dinh Chau Hieu Thien as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from July 01, 2021.
