The Board of Directors of Son Ha International Corporation approved to contribute capital to establish Son Ha Land Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (*) as follows:

-          Company name: Son Ha Land Investment and Development Joint Stock Company

-          Head office: No.2 Thanh Lam, Minh Khai ward, Bac tu Liem district, Ha Noi city

-          Charter capital: VND150 billion

-          Capital contribution amount: VND45 billion (30%/charter capital)

-          Representative of SHI in the new company: Ms. Tran Kim Dung, Deputy Chairwoman.
