According to Official Document No.2095/UBCK-PTTT dated May 18, 2021 by the State Securities Commission, the State Securities Commission confirmed that it received the announcement of the foreign ownership limit at Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company (HOSE: PJT) to be 0% of PJT’s charter capital.
