The Board resolution dated May 14, 2021, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment the transfer volume from FBV Construction Joint Stock Company to Dat Xanh E&C Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 5,100,000 sharer (instead of 5,100,000,000 shares)

-          Total value of transfer (based on par value): VND51,000,000,000

-          Transfer price: no less than the cost price.
