   1. a.      To pay cash dividends for 2020

-          Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: June 11, 2021

-          Place of payment:

ü  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
