On May 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of ACC Binh Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) To invest in fixed assets with a total investment (VAT included) of at least 78,650,000,000 dongs.
2) To borrow capital from VietinBank – Dong Nai Branch in order to raise capital for business operations and invest in fixed assets with a total credit limit of 200,000,000,000 dongs.
