a)      To pay cash dividends for 2020

-          Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: July 05, 2021

b)     To issue shares to increase capital

-          Estimated issue volume: 13,226,734 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 10% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example, if shareholder A owns 189 shares at the record date, he will receive: 189 * 0.1 =  18.9 new shares. However, after rounded down, the real number of shares he receives is 18 shares. The fractional part (0.9 share) will be cancelled.
