−      Stock type: common stock

−      Par value: VND10,000

−      Record date: May 28, 2021

−      Purpose: to pay cash dividend for 2020 and issue bonus shares from treasury shares

1. Cash dividend payment for 2020

ü  Payment method: in cash

ü  Exercise ratio: 20%/par value (2,000 dongs/share)

ü  Payment date: June 10, 2021. 

2. Bonus shares

ü  Exercise ratio: 5.51% (those who own 100 shares will receive 5.51 new shares)

ü  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be distributed to the Company’s Labor Union.
