The Board resolution dated May 14, 2021, the BOD of Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the selection of AFC Vietnam Company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2021.
2. Approving the dividend payment for 2020:

-          Record date: June 18, 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 5% in cash

-          Payment date: July 09, 2021.

3. Approving the promulgation of the Regulation on the BOD activities.
4. Approving the promulgation of the Regulation on the Supervisory Board activities.
