On May 12, 2021, Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:

1)      The postponement to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 on May 17, 2021 at Pullman hotel, 40 Cat Linh, Cat Linh ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

2)      The time of the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time that will take place before June 30, 2021. The details will be informed later.
