The Board resolution dated May 07, 2021, the BOD of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Pham Thu as Chairman of BOD.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Huynh Thanh Hai as Deputy Chairman of BOD.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Vo Thang Long as Person in charge of Corporate Governance.

4)      Approving the financial statements in Quarter 1/2021.

5)      Approving the policy to transfer from 50% to 60% shares of Nhon Tracj Development and Investment Joint Stock Company.
