The Board resolution dated May 05, 2021, the Board of Directors of Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the cancellation of record date (March 27, 2021) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021.

2)      Approving the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Record date: May 26, 2021

-          Meeting time:  expected in June 24, 2021.

-          Meeting venue: Floor 17^th, DITP Building, lot A2-19, Nguyen Tat Thanh, Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City.
