The Board resolution dated April 07, 2021, the BOD of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to establish the Internal Audit Board under the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving the list of members of Internal Audit Board under the Board of Directors:

-          Mrs. Tran Thanh Mai

-          Mrs. Ngo Thi Nguyet

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lan Phuong.

3)      Approving to appoint Mrs. Tran Thanh Mai as Person in charge of Corporate Internal Audit Board.
