The Board resolution dated April 08, 2021, the BOD of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the extension of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 but no later than June 30, 2021.

2)      Approving the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 and to pay second cash dividend for 2020:

a)      To hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Record date: April 29, 2021

-          Meeting time: Notice later

-          Meeting venue: 18F Tang Nhon Phu, Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc city, Hochiminh.

b)      To pay second cash dividend for 2020:

-          Record date: April 29, 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 8%/share (800 dongs/share)

-          Payment date (estimated): May 20, 2021.
