According to the Board resolution dated March 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of Pomina Steel Corporation decided to change the record date for holding the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date: April 22, 2021

-          Meeting date: May 27, 2021

-          Meeting venue: The meeting venue will be announced in the invitation letters.

This resolution replaces the Board resolution dated March 22, 2021.
