The Board resolution dated April 06, 2021, the BOD of Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      To change the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Meeting time: 8:30, May 28, 2021 (instead of April 28, 2021)

-          Meeting venue: WASECO Building, No.10 Pho Quang, Tan Binh District, Hochiminh.

2)      To cancel the record date (March 26, 2021) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 and transfer the new record date on April 29, 2021.
