The Board resolution dated April 06, 2021, the BOD of Everest Securities Joint Stock Company approved to establish the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors as follows:

1)      Mrs. Doan Thi An – Independent member of BOD: Chairman of Audit Committee

2)      Mr. Nguyen Hai Chau – member of BOD:                member of Audit Committe.
