The Board resolution dated April 03, 2021, the BOD of HACISCO Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approved the resignation of Mrs. Vu Thi Hanh as Chairman of Internal Audit Committee of the Company.

2)      Approved the resignation of Mrs. Ho Thi Thu as member of Internal Audit Committee of the Company.

3)      Approved the appointment of Mrs. Tran Tieu Mai as Chairman of Internal Audit Committee of the Company.

4)      Approved the appointment of Mrs. Vu Thi Hanh as member of Internal Audit Committee of the Company.

5)      Approved Mr. Do Tien Dung - Chairman of BOD as Legal Representative of the Company.
