South Logistics Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution dated April 19, 2021 as follows:

-          Approving the policy allowing Multi-modal Transport Holding Company (brand name: Vietranstimex), a company with 91.67% owned by South Logistics Joint Stock Company, to invest in ZCC98000W crane with the value no more than US$3,300,000 in the form of finance leasing in Vietcombank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. – Hochiminh Branch.  

-          Approving that South Logistics Joint Stock Company will guarantee the debt payment obligation of Vietranstimex to Vietcombank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. – Hochiminh Branch for the above asset investment.
