The Board resolution dated April 27, 2021, the BOD of Dinh Vu Port Investment & Development Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the business result in Quarter I/2021:

-          Output:      145,769 tue, reached 107.98% the plan, increased by 19.43% compared to the same period of 2020;

-          Revenue:   136.88 billion dongs, reached 109.50% the plan, increased 23.45% compared to the same period of 2020;

-          Profit before tax: 64.81 billion dongs, reached 129.62% the plan, increased 17.38% compared to the same period of 2020.

2)      Approving the business plan in Quarter II/2021:

-          Output:                  145,000 teu

-          Revenue:               135 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:   60 billion dongs.

3)      Approving the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Meeting time: 13:30, Friday, June 18, 2021

-          Meeting venue: Dinh Vu Port, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City.
