The Board resolution dated April 27, 2021, the BOD of BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved to withdraw the whole of 4,366,680 shares in Biopharco (equivalent to 51.0% charter capital of Biopharco).

Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 2/2021.
