On April 20, 2021, the first annual general meeting of 2021 of Thai Duong Petrol Joint Stock Company was convened in Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province. However, until 09:30, April 20, 2021, the total number of shares owned by the shareholders and authorized shareholders attending the meeting was 3,105,038 shares, equivalent to 18.52% of the total voting shares and less than 51% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the first annual general meeting of 2021 was not eligible to conduct. 

Thai Duong Petrol Joint Stock Company announces new meeting time as follows:

-          The second annual general meeting of 2021:  will be convened from 09:00 to 12:00 on May 21, 2021.

-          If the second meeting is not successful, the third meeting will be held from 09:00 to 12:00 on June 11, 2021.

-          Meeting venue: 29 Giang Van Minh, Vo Cuong ward, Bac Ninh city.
