FLC Group Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Mr. Trinh Van Quyet was appointed as Chairman of the BOD as from April 12, 2021.

-          Mr. Dang Tat Thang was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from April 12, 2021.

-          Mrs. Tran Huong Kieu Dung was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from April 12, 2021.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Dang tat Thang as Deputy CEO as from April 12, 2021.
