Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021 dated March 24, 2021 with the following contents:

1)      Approving the report from the BOD in 2020 and plan for 2021:

2)      Approving the report from Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021.

3)      Approving the audited financial statements in 2020.

4)      Approving the plan to raise charter capital from VND11,750,000,000,000 to VND15,275,000,000,000:

-          Exercise ratio: 30%

-          Purpose: the 2020 dividend payment

5)      Approving plan for 2020 profit distribution.

6)      Approving business plan for 2021.

7)      Approving the selection of audit company for the financial statements in 2021.

8)      Approving the report on the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021.

9)      Approving to amend the Articles of Association.
