On April 12, 2021, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company announces the interest payment and the conversion of bond into shares in the public offering of convertible bond (bond code: CII42013):

According to Announcement No.202/2021/CV-CII dated April 09, 2021, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company announced that the first interest payment date will be moved to May 25, 2021. However, after working hard with a number of agencies in charge, the interest payment of CII42013 bond will still be implemented currently on schedule on May 4, 2021.

In addition, the conversion of CII42013 bond into shares (phase 1) remain unchanged compared to Official Letter 202/2021/CV-CII, Announcement No. 203/202 /CV-CII and Announcement No. 205/2021/CV- CII dated April 9, 2021.
