• The audited financial statements in fiscal year 2020;
• Report of the Board of Supervisors on financial investment in 2020 and plan for 2021;
• Report of the Board of Directors in in 2020 and plan for 2021;
• Approval for the 2020 profit distribution;
• Choosing an auditing firm for fiscal year 2021;
• Amending the Articles of Association.
