-          Record date: April 14, 2021

 The payment for the second phase of 2020 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share)

Payment date:                          April 26, 2021

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company as from April 26, 2021.
