The Board resolution dated April 10, 2021, the BOD of Everland Group Joint Stock Company approved to raise charter capital to Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company with the following details:

-          Current charter capital: VND 350,000,000,000

-          Additional increase capital: VND 400,000,000,000

-          Charter capital after increasing: VND 750,000,000,000

-          Increasing capital method: Everland Van Don issued 40,000,000 common shares with the par value of VND 10,000/share to existing shareholders.

-          Number of shares that Everland is implemented rights: 24,000,000 shares

-          Value of additional contribution capital for increasing charter capital of Everland: VND 240,000,000,000.

-          After the capital contribution completes, the ownership ratio of Everland in Everland Van Don will be 60% charter capital.

-          Time of implementation: April 2021.
