On April 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the dossiers of registration for the first private placement of shares, including the following documents:

1)      Minutes and Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting dated January 08, 2021 approving the plan for the private placement to swab debts and supplement working capital.

2)      Audited financial statements in 2020;

3)      The commitment on the foreign ownership ratio;

4)      Debt report at 12/31/2020 issued by Ernst & Young Vietnam Company Limited.;

5)      Latest business registration;

6)      Amended Articles of Association in 2020;

7)      The confirmation of the bank regarding the opening of blocked account.
