The Board resolution dated March 26, 2021, the BOD of KS Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the plan for stock issuance and use of capital from the offering related to the issue volume of 22,660,381 shares to existing shareholders in 2021.

2)      Approving the dossier of registration for stock offering:

-          Application for stock offering;

-          Adjustment of the Company’s Establishment and Operation License No.09/GPĐC-UBCK by the Chairman of State Securities Commission of Vietnam dated March 11, 2021.

-          Articles of Association;

-          Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the stock issuance plan;

-          Decision of the Board of Directors approved the dossier of registration for stock offering, stock issuance plan and plan for using capital after the issuance.

-          The confirmation of the bank regarding the opening of blocked account

-          Other relevant documents.
