VJC: BOD resolution on selling the treasury shares

The Board resolution dated March 01, 2021, the BOD of VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company approved to sell its treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury stock before trading: 17,772,740 shares, equivalent to 3.28% charter capital

- Number of registered shares to sell: 17,772,740 shares

- Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 1/2021 or Quarter 2/2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
