On March 01, 2021, the Board of Directors of Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) issued the Board resolution as follows:

1)      Approving the proposal which will be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders regarding the increases in TCBS’ counterparty risk limit and investment risk limit for Vingroup Joint Stock Company in the corporate bond investment.

2)      Approving a record date for closing a shareholder list to collect shareholders’ written opinions to be the 10^th day from the date of the Board resolution.
