On March 01, 2021, Kien Giang Construction Investment Consultancy Group issued a decison to approve the following contents:

1)      To appoint Mrs. Tran Ngoc Hanh – Deputy Chief Executive Officer as representative of contributed capital of the company in CIC Kien Giang Service Trading Company Limited to replace Mr. Nguyen Hong Son from March 01, 2021.

2)      The value of contributed capital is VND 20 billion, equivalent to 100% charter capital of CIC Kien Giang Service Trading Company Limited.

3)      To resign Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son as Chairman of CIC Kien Giang Service Trading Company Limited. On the same day, Mr. Nguyen Hong Son will not be Legal Representative of the company.

4)      To appoint Mrs. Tran Ngoc Hanh as Chairman of BOD cum Director and Legal Representative of CIC Kien Giang Service Trading Company Limited.
