-          Buying volume: 15,750,000 shares

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 157,500,000,000

-          Buying price: VND 10,000/share

-          Total value (based on buying price): VND 157,500,000,000

-          After the transfer completes, Damsan Joint Stock Company will own 45% charter capital, equivalent to VND 157,500,000,000 of Thai Binh Cau Nghin Investment Joint Stock Company.

-          To appoint Mr. Vu Huy Dong as the representative of contributed capital of Damsan Joint Stock Company in Thai Binh Cau Nghin Investment Joint Stock Company.
