The Board resolution dated March 29, 2021, the BOD of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company approved to establish the Audit Internal Board as follows:

1)      Mr. Le Tuan Viet:             Head of Audit Internal Board

2)      Mr. Do Viet Cuong:          member of Audit Internal Board.
