-          Company name: BCG LNGPOWER Joint Stock Company

-          Head office address: 27C Quoc Huong, Thao Dien Ward, district 2, Hochiminh, Vietnam.

-          Legal Representative cum Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Pham Minh Tuan

-          Charter capital: 100,000,000,000 dongs, equivalent to 10,000,000 shares (BCG contributed VND 99,000,000,000, equivalent to 9,900,000 shares., accounting for 99% charter capital of BCG LNGPOWER Joint Stock Company).

-          Time for capital contribution: within 90 days.

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam – Chairman of BOD as the representative of contributed capital of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company in BCG LNGPOWER Joint Stock Company.
