The Board resolution dated March 24, 2021, the BOD of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the business result in 2020 and plan for 2021.

2)      Approving the contents to submit to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Report in 2020 and plan for 2021;

-          Approving the audited financial statements in 2020 and the plan for 2020 profit distribution;

-          Approving rhe business plan and profit distribution in 2021;

-          Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;

-          Amendment of the Company’s charter;

-          Approving the Corpoarte Governance Internal Regulation;

-          Election of the member of BOD for the period 2021-2026.

3)      Approving the financial support for Saigon – Pleiku Water Supply Corporation with total amount of VND 5,000,000,000 on March 25, 2021..

4)      Approving the plan for development investment, improving water supply system in Cu Chi in 2021.

5)      Approving the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 on April 27, 2021.
