-          Report on the BOD in 2020 and plan for 2021;

-          Approving the audited financial statements in 2020;

-          Report on the Corporate Governance in 2020;

-          Annual Report in 2020;

-          Report on the profit distribution, appropriation to funds, remuneration and dividend payment in 2020 and plan for 2021;

-          Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;

-          Amendment of the Company’s charter.

-          Other issues.
