The Board resolution dated March 24, 2021, the BOD of KIDO Group Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      To cancel the record date (March 26, 2021) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021.

2)      To postpone the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021. The company will take place before June 30, 2021. The details will be informed later.
