-          Company name: Dinh An Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Head office address: Ground floor, Tulip Building, 15 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Phu Thuan Ward, district 7, Hochiminh, Vitenam.

-          Charter capital: 300,000,000,000 dongs (VPH contributed VND 297,000,000,000, accounting for 99% charter capital of Dinh An Investment Joint Stock Company.

-          To appoint Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong Thao as the representative of contributed capital of Van Phat Hung Corporation in Dinh An Investment Joint Stock Company.
