On March 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hoa An Joint Stock Company (stock code: DHA) approved to set up an internal audit board directly under the Board of Directors, including the following persons:

1)      Mr. Truong Huy Hoang (Head of Internal Audit Board);

2)      Mr. Do Van Ngoc (Deputy Head of Internal Audit Board);

3)      Mr. Bui Van Toan (Member of Internal Audit Board).
