RHB Securities Vietnam Company Limited announces Board Resolution No.04/2021 dated March 18, 2021 as follows:
The Board of Members of RHB Securities Vietnam Company Limited was unanimous that announcing and holding an official meeting was not necessary. The Board of Members will approve the following resolution by sending it to members of the Board of Members.
- Approving to open an account for margin and sales proceeds advance services at BIDV – Ha Thanh Branch (74 Tho Nhuom, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi city);
- Authorizing Mr. Lee Ming How, CEO cum Legal Representative, to act as the holder of the above account on behalf of the Company.
