According to the Board resolution dated May 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the report on business performance in 2020 to submit to the 2021 Annual General Meeting:

−        Net revenue: 405.3 billion dongs

−        Profit before tax: 24.2 billion dongs

2)      Approving the report on business plan for 2021:

−        Net revenue: 490 billion dongs

−        Profit before tax: 27 billion dongs

3)      Approving the plan for capital construction, equipment purchase in 2021: 26.5 billion dongs.

4)      Approving time and place of the 2021 Annual General Meeting:

-          Meeting time: 8:30 am, Tuesday, April 20, 2021

-          Meeting place: Office of Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company (81B National Highway 62, ward 2, Tan An city, Long An province)

5)      Approving the documents for voting in the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
