The Board resolution dated March 15, 2021, the BOD of SAM Holdings Corporation approved the result of public offering as follows:

-          Total distributed shares: 93,492,650 shares, equivalent to 100.00% of total shares to be offered; Of which:

+ Registered volume: 86,337,179 shares, equivalent to 92.3% of total shares to be offered

+ Unsold shares that the BOD distributed to other investors: 7,155,471 shares, equivalent to 7.7% of total shares to be offered.

-          Total proceeds from the offering: VND 934,926,500,000.
