According to the Board resolution dated March 12, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (HQC) approved the policy on implementing agreements and transactions in 2021 between the Company and related parties as prescribed by Provision 46 – Article 4 – Vietnam Securities Law and Provision 23 – Article 4 – Vietnam Enterprise Law, with the values less than or equal to 20% of total assets of the Company according to the latest financial statements.
