The Board resolution dated March 15, 2021, the BOD of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to transfer the villa of Vinpearl Resort & Villa 2 at lot GL 5-5, Dam Gia Area, Hon Tre Island, Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province with the transfer price of VND 25 billion.

-          Expected execution time: Quarter 1/2021 or Quarter 2/2021.

2)      Approving to withdraw capital at An Lac Son Joint Stock Company:

-          Ownership ratio before the divestment: 89.89%

-          Ownership ratio after the divestment: 0%

-          Trading method: transfer

-          Transfer price: put through but no less than the par value

-          Expected execution time: Quarter 1/2021 or Quarter 2/2021.
