On March 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: HPX) approved the postponement of the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders no later than June 30, 2021.

The Board of Directors decided to collect shareholders’ written opinions in order to adopt the resolution of general meeting of shareholders as follows:

-          Record date: March 30, 2021

-          Estimated voting period: from April 02, 2021 to April 13, 2021

-          Voting contents:

+  To convene the 2021 Annual General Meeting by e-voting through the system of the Vietnam Securities Depository;

+  To approve the rules on e-voting.
