Dividend pay-out ratio:           8%/ par value (VND800/ share)

Payment date:                          April 20, 2021

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Vinalink International Freight Forwarders as from April 20, 2021.
